  · Maintenance Stock, clean, and maintain kitchen to established standards.
  · Stock Product knowledge including pricing, ingredients and recipes.
  · Production High volume, fast pace production.
Up-hold company policies and procedures.
 
 Experience / Skills
  · 1-2 yrs of cooking experience.
  · Strong communication skills.
  · Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills.
  · Health Dept. certification a plus.
 
 Expectations
  · 3-5 shifts per week including most weekends and holidays.
  · Flexible scheduling
  · Mixture of both day and night shifts.
  · 6 month commitment.
 
 Compensation
  · up to $12/hr�yearly potential = up to $30,000.
  · Meal plan.
