· 1-2 yrs of bartending experience in a high volume establishment. |

· Strong communication skills. |

· Strong organizational skills. |
| |
· TAM/TIPS certification. |
| |
· "Flare" bartending skills a plus. |
| |
| Expectations |
| |
· 3-5 shifts per week including most weekends and holidays. |
| |
· Flexible scheduling |
| |
· Mixture of both day and night shifts. |
| |
· 1 year commitment. |
| |
| Compensation |
| |
· $4.50/hr plus tips...yearly potential = up to $40,000. |
